Which photographs and measurements help?

Photograph the whole space and the points where the structure might be supported. Include ceilings, walls, flooring, level changes and drainage outlets. Provide approximate width, depth and height. You do not need a professional survey to start the conversation: technical measurements validate the proposed solution.

How long does it take before installation?

Timing depends on assessment, the chosen system, finishes, site preparation and production and installation availability. Mention any important date. Ask for a written schedule and confirm what could change it before treating a date as final.

How should the site be prepared?

Agree preparation with the team before installation. Confirm who is responsible for each task and when it needs to be finished.

• Delivery, unloading and material access.
• Removing furniture and belongings from the work area.
• Support conditions, drainage and any preparatory work.
• Electrical supply where required by the system.
• Applicable permissions, checked with the responsible bodies.

Can I visit an office or showroom?

Oazis currently has no office or showroom open to the public. Initial enquiries are handled remotely and site assessments are arranged with our team. Do not travel to an address found in another directory without checking with us first.

How should the agreement be recorded?

Ask for dimensions, materials, equipment, installation, price, timing and warranty to be included in the proposal. Keep the approved version and confirm subsequent changes in writing. At handover, check operation and ask for use and maintenance instructions.
